YOUR FIRST VISIT

History:

Dr. Schmidt will ask you additional questions about the reason for your appointment to gain a better understanding of your treatment goals. It's important to gather information about your medical history and past injuries to help come to a definitive diagnosis. After a thorough history.  At this point, if Dr. Schmidt feels

Physical Exam:

this consists of range of motion, orthopaedic, joint mobility and muscle testing. This further helps to arrive at a diagnosis.

This involves assessing your range of motion

Findings: 

Dr. Schmidt will report what she was able to determine based on your history and exam results, she will communicate your diagnosis and determine the need for further imaging or a medical referral. A treatment plan and options will be discussed

Treatment:

Dr. Schmidt will determine the best tools to use for your injury or concern, whether it be acupuncture, graston or manipulation.
