GRASTON TECHNIQUE

Graston Technique uses stainless steel instruments to break up adhesions in the muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is used to treat both chronic tissue restrictions as well as post-surgical scars. It results in faster recovery times due to its ability to improve range of motion and restore function. It is a great tool for treating chronic and overuse injuries such as tight shoulders, hamstring strains, Tennis Elbow, Trigger Finger and Runner's Knee.
