DO YOU OFFER DIRECT BILLING?

ARE YOU A WCB PROVIDER?
I do not process Worker's Compensation claims. However I can still treat your injury if you choose to use your own personal benefits or finances. To find a WCB clinic in your area click here
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?
Yes, the receptionist will be able to give you an approximate wait time or let you know when the next available appointment is if time is a concern.
DO YOU USE SPINAL MANIPULATION ON EVERY PATIENT?
While spinal manipulation is very effective at restoring movement and reducing pain, it is just one treatment method of many that Chiropractors use. If you don't want to get adjusted, please let Dr. Cathy know and she will be happy to provide an alternative treatment.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

DO YOU CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES?
Additional therapies such as ART, Graston and Dry Needling are included in your visit. Electro-acupuncture sessions are a separate visit.
HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?
Appointments lengths vary depending on the nature of the injury and number of areas that require treatment. Your first visit will be between 30-45 minutes and subsequent visits range from 10-15 minutes.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FEEL AFTER MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
The goal of treatment is to improve the motion of the joint, the flexibility in the muscle, or a reduction of pain. It is normal to feel sore for 24hrs after your treatment, especially early on in your treatment plan. Your body often requires rest and recovery time between treatments in order to heal which is why you may not experience immediate relief.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Please bring any medical imaging reports and test results that you feel are relevant to your complaint. Also please wear non-restrictive clothing such as yoga or sweat pants.
DO CHIROPRACTORS CRACK BONES?
No. Your joints are lubricated with a thin layer of fluid, as your joints move, tiny bubbles begin to form inside this layer. The cracking sound you hear during an adjustment is from those bubbles popping.

DO YOU NEED A REFERRAL TO SEE A CHIROPRACTOR?
No, you do not need a referral to see a chiropractor. Chiropractors are primary health care professionals meaning they are trained to assess, diagnose and treat with a medical doctor's recommendation. You also do not require a referral for your benefits

An xray is not required before seeing a chiropractor,
